NOTE: PLAYING AGE WILL BE DETERMINED BY YEAR OF BIRTH.
Growth Allowance:
5 lbs for Ankle Biters, 75 lb, 85 lb Divisions
7 lbs for 95 lb Division
10 lbs for 105 lb, 125 lb Divisions
During pre-season weigh-ins, one (1) pound will be given for scale differential.
During post-season weigh-ins, no weight will be given for scale differential.
During post-season weigh-ins, two (2) pounds will be allowed for players weighing in pants, pads and shirt.
Players opting to weigh-in without pads will be given the growth allowance only.
Piggy Back/Blow-Up Players Rule:
NOTE: The youngest age for each weight division will be allowed to have two players on the field at any
time with a maximum 20 pound blow-up (exception: 20 pound blow-up allowance allowed for
both 5 year olds and 6 year olds in Ankle Biter Division). These players are restricted to the
offensive and Defensive line only. These players will be permitted to kick extra points and field
goals only (no kickoffs or punts). These players will not be permitted to run the ball or catch a
pass. Should these players recover a fumble, the play will be declared dead at the spot of the
recovery. Teams are restricted to a maximum of four (4) piggy back players on the team roster.
There is no minimum age for the piggy back rule. A player unable to make weight in their normal
age/weight group may move up to a higher weight division. This players weight cannot exceed
the piggy back limit of that new division.
Once a player is declared a “Piggy Back” player, he/she will be considered that for the entire
season/post season.
